We can provide vans and trucks, small or large, with driver and crew to deliver and collect musical equipment anywhere in the UK and Europe, or transport a full backline and/or an audio system for a tour. Through our extensive network of contacts we can provide you with a bus, splitter van or articulated trailer to suit your needs.

John Henry's can not only supply you with all the equipment that you need but can also supply you, if required, the necessary crew from our own staff roster or from our database of freelance professionals, including Sound Engineers, Backline Technicians, Tour and Production Managers. We do not act as an employment agency and it is our policy only to recommend or appoint crew that we personally know will take care of the job in hand, be that a single show or a tour.

ATA Carnet Service

This is an indispensable service in the preparation of an international tour. Although European Community Carnets are no longer required within the borders of the EC for equipment that originates from the UK, ATA Carnets are still a prerequisite when travelling to and/or through most other countries.

We can arrange ATA Carnets to cover equipment rented from ourselves, which are lodged with the London Chamber of Commerce. If you are planning a tour and need advice as to when and where an ATA Carnet is applicable, let us know. Unnecessary delays in customs are both expensive and frustrating.
