Individual steel panelled storage units are available, both short and long term. All storage areas are built to section 16 of the Building Act 1984 standards and protected by fire detection systems as per the Fire Precautions Act 1971. The cages are also security protected 24 hours a day by a Central Station alarm system.

Security

For security reasons we operate a double lock system:

John Henry's Ltd provides Lock 1. The key is held with a key book at reception where Authorised Personnel sign in and out for the key. The customer provides the Personnel Access Authorisation list and a copy is held by John Henry's Ltd.

The customer supplies and fits Lock 2 and retains all keys.

No access is permitted to any person unless their name appears on the customer's current access list.

Temporary personnel access must be authorised in writing by fax by the customer(s) named on the permanent access list, stating the name of the person(s) and the date(s) of permitted entry.

Short Term Storage Rates: Minimum hire period is 4 weeks

Storage Cages are billed quarterly.

Monday to Friday: 0930 - 1900hrs
Saturday & Sunday: 1000 - 1800hrs

Contents Insurance

This is the customer's responsibility. John Henry's Ltd can arrange immediate comprehensive insurance cover on request. Subject to normal terms and conditions available upon request

Transport

Transport facilities are available to/from studios, airports, gigs etc.
