The
idea to set up a showroom was the logical progression for John Henry's
given the unique position we are in. The philosophy behind the working
practice is simple: Give a professional service to all. Clients who visit
should go away with the feeling that they couldn't get a better service
from anywhere else. Those that phone should equally be installed with
enough confidence in John Henry's that they do not need to go to the next
number on their list. If somebody calls 020 7609 9181 then our advertising,
marketing, word of mouth and all other methods of spreading the word have
worked. From that moment on, keep hold of the client and never give them
reason to call a competitor.
Features of The Pro Shop include:
Show
area in excess of 5000sq. ft. on a single open plan floor.
An adjoining room,
on the same floor, with a further 4000sq.ft. This to be set-aside for
Phase Two: Additional new stock plus sale of used and ex-hire equipment.
Two rooms for uninterrupted
demonstrations.
Office and storage
facilities that take the total area covered to in excess of 10,000 sq.ft!

never get the chance to explore.
A 25' gallery ceiling
atop 11' walls. The feeling of space is astounding.
A lounge area for
customers to relax in and reflect on products seen.
Add to these impressive points, the human factors:
All John Henry's
staff working within "The Pro Shop" have received full product
training either on-site, or at manufacturers plant.
All John Henry's
staff believe in supplying "The Best at All Times" No 'switch-selling'.
An informative sales approach, leads to customers returning in the future,
not to complain that the product doesn't live up to how it was sold,
but to purchase further equipment. Word of mouth travels fast, especially
with musicians who are always after 'that something extra!'
The other members
of John Henry's staff can all be called on to advise on situations with
equipment. Across The Company we have years of experience in touring,
recording and any situation a musician may find his/herself.
On-site guitar
luthier. For all types of instrument repairs and set-ups on showroom
equipment.
On-site amplifier
repairs. From a broken volume knob, to a re-wire of an old valve amp.
Our technician can handle all as well as advise on how to achieve 'that
sound'
